Jamie Hegg, Stanford Men's Volleyball Strength & Conditioning coach, leads our athletes through a weekly training regimen that works around the Bay to Bay practice calendar! Your enrollment gets you weekly Strength sessions held at Bay to Bay practice locations and access to 1 group class (youth class or high school varsity class) per week at Virtus Performance in Los Gatos for a total of 8 sessions per month!

This program is designed to maximize an athletes overall athleticism, strengthen the core muscle groups for volleyball specific movement, prevent injury, and increase athletes vertical leap!
