PILLARS OF PERFORMANCE
Hosted by Bay to Bay Club Director Matt Houlihan and Apiros Team founder Austin Einhorn
Apiros is at the forefront of sports and human movement. Austin is pioneering how to view and train the human body, and is a leader in the field of skill acquisition.
Austin does this in two ways, working directly with the body and architecting immersive athletic environments for athletes to work with at home.
The entire program is designed for movements to feel like play. The aim is to balance how the human body moves, specific to the sport of volleyball.
This 12-week course will help you develop the proper mechanics and movements required to succeed in volleyball: including jumping, arm swing, and agility. This is not your normal at-home "prison style" workout. This is a roadmap to movement literacy from one of the top minds in human performance!
"Getting to work with Austin has been one of the most transformative experiences of my athletic career. I've been lifting and training for volleyball for over 20 years and there were things I thought my body just could not do... working with Austin has shown me otherwise. He processes movement different than any trainer I've met and it's been exciting to see my movements transform."
