Austin Einhorn, founder of the acclaimed Apiros Team, leads us through a 12-week at-home Strength & Conditioning program specifically designed for volleyball players.
Austin is well known for his work with world class athletes and his mastery in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). He has worked with Stanford Men's Volleyball, numerous USA Volleyball National Team members, and athletes in both the NFL and MLB.
This 12-week program is designed to maximize an athletes overall athleticism, strengthen the core muscle groups for volleyball specific movement, prevent injury, and increase athletes vertical leap! The program begins on January 11th, 2021.
